Everything You Need for Your First Class
Arrive Early
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class starts. We’ll give you a quick tour and get you settled.
What to Bring
A water bottle and a towel. If you have a mat, bring it; if not, we have high-quality mats available for purchase.
What to Wear
Comfortable, stretchy clothing. Yoga is practiced barefoot—no special shoes required!
The Heat Factor
We are not a hot yoga studio. We use mild infrared heat (set just 2 - 4°C above room temp) to help muscles relax without the intensity of a traditional hot room.
