Join Jai and Prem from Jai Yoga Studio for a 7-day journey through Ireland’s Wild Atlantic West coast, where yoga, mindfulness, and Celtic culture meet.
Each day blends movement and stillness, reflection and adventure: from morning meditation at a Buddhist Monastery to yoga on windswept beaches and the Cliffs of Moher.

Yoga in Doolin Village, Cliffs of Moher, Fanore Beach

Yoga in Kilkee, Loop Head Lighthouse, Doonbeg Beach

Meditation at Sunyata Buddhist Monastery, Bunratty Castle visit
Day 5
Meditation at Sunyata Buddhist Monastery, boat trip to the Aran Islands

Closing circle & departures
Feel at home in an Irish cottage next to a castle
Our home for the week is a cozy, modern Irish cottage beside Bunratty Castle. Your accommodation during this retreat is simple, bright, and welcoming, with four bedrooms (two ensuite).
After days of yoga, exploration, and laughter, stroll to Durty Nelly’s Pub, one of Ireland’s oldest pubs, for hearty dinners and live Irish music.
This retreat is intentionally small, limited to just eight guests.
Pricing is based on room type and occupancy so everyone has space to relax and connect.
